Year 4 Biscuit Making

In DT, we looked at a range of different biscuits and evaluated them by appearance, texture and taste. We then used a basic recipe to bake and evaluate our own biscuits. In groups we designed, made and packaged our own biscuits, which we sold at our Christmas fayre and raised over ?100!
